Did you know? Oysters, a delicacy that has stood the test of time for over 200 million years. From being consumed as a nutrient-rich food source to forming a significant part of ancient cultures and traditions, oysters continue to fascinate and delight people across the globe. One such tradition, which has been passed down for at least 4,000 years, is the practice of consuming only wild oysters in months with the letter "r" - from September to April.
