City Populations
There are over 22 million people living in the state of Florida - not to mention the millions of visitors we receive each year. The Florida Food & Dining Guide will only crown "one" food related business per 68,000 residents within each city. Meaning, if your city has 40,000 residents and you are crowned "the best of the best", you will not have any competition. However, if you live in a larger community with 100,000 residents, you might be sharing the crown with another. If you do not see your city listed, that means there are less than 50,000 residents residing in the area and there will never be more than one crown given per category. Please note: You must be a member of the Florida Food & Dining Guide in order to qualify and earn the crown.
