Only one restaurant per category, per city is crowned - per year - as being one of the best places to eat in Florida*. In order to finalize our decision, we need accurate and current information on your company's offerings. This includes whether or not you offer weekly specials, birthday deals, catering services, seating options for large groups and special events, mobile services, live music or weekly entertainment including; trivia, bingo, darts, pool, arcade, etc.
These activities are not mandatory, simply a way to accurately categorize your restaurant. Therefore, please select all appropriate categories on the form below that match your current activities and offerings. Providing this information will ensure that your restaurant is placed in the correct and relevant location, ultimately giving you the opportunity for wearing the crown in multiple categories. Check "none of the above" if these do not apply to your business.
You Must be a Member of the Florida Food & Dining Guide in Order to Wear the Crown.
Being recognized as one of the top dining destinations in Florida is an esteemed honor and a testament to your reputation in a highly competitive dining industry. Wearing the crown symbolizes a sense of confidence and responsibility, signifying a prestigious status which demands respect and authority. To be eligible for this honor, restaurants must first be members of the Florida Food & Dining Guide on All About the Sunshine State.
All About the Sunshine State is a leading marketing platform founded in 2005 and committed to promoting local businesses in Florida for over twenty years. You may or may not be the only restaurant within your category in the Florida Food & Dining Guide but you will be promoted extensively to the residents and visitors of the sunshine state through our on-going marketing campaigns, social media platforms and community branding. Being a member of the Florida Food & Dining Guide is included in your annual $399 fee. Click here to see an example and for additional information.
You May or May Not Have Competition at this Stage of the Crowning Process
Although you are in the final stages and we are prepared to crown your establishment as one of the Best Places to Eat in Florida for 2026, you may or may not have competition at this stage of the crowning process. To ensure you gain control of the crown within your category and community to win the award for Best Places to Eat in Florida for 2026, you must submit the form below as soon as possible. We can not give the crown to more than one establishment per year. At this stage, we are now on a first come, first serve basis. If your competition beats you at this point, you won't have the opportunity to win the crown until next year.

By accepting this crown, you believe that your business showcases a high level of dedication and excellence. You agree to uphold the image of being the best place to eat within your community by wearing the crown proudly. This means continuing to stand out amongst the rest with a friendly and knowledgeable staff, keeping your facility clean and preparing fantastic food for the residents and visitors of the sunshine state. Once we get everything finalized, we will send over your award that can be printed and hung at your establishment as well as the crown that can be placed on your website and social media platforms. Once again, Congratulations on being nominated as one of the Best Places to Eat in Florida for 2026. Your hard work and dedication have paid off.
